We will consider accessibility (physical, sensory, dietary, and cultural needs) when planning events. All activities will be welcoming and open to everyone, with parental responsibility remaining with families for children attending events.
5. Breaches of Policy
Any complaint of discrimination, harassment or victimisation will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and fairly. Anyone found to have breached this policy may face appropriate action.
6. Responsibility and Review
All trustees and volunteers are responsible for implementing this policy. Overall responsibility lies with the Board of Trustees. This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by changes in legislation or best practice.
